Jonathan is a seasoned hotelier and hospitality manager with more than 20 years’ experience in the industry. He established a career of increasing responsibility with Marriott Hotels including being recognized in 2015 as Global Operations Leader and Presidents Circle for operational excellence in revenue generation and customer service results.
Mr. Sullivan joined the team in 2016 to lead development of hotel management and ownership opportunities. His proven track record in hospitality management, revenue generation, rate management, team building and continuous relationship building with community partners provides a complete leader for this opportunity.
Mr. Sullivan serves as the Executive Chairman of the Beaufort Area Hospitality Association, Chair of the Tourism Development Advisory Committee, State Accommodations committee member, Board Member of Greater Beaufort Sports Council, and serves on the President’s Council on Culinary and Hospitality for the Culinary Institute of the South.
